Natural Green Farms in Racine WI started growing fine hydroponic produce and fish year round in a place originally built for JICASE to make farming equipment.

Growing as much lettuce, living basil and fish that a traditional farmer could using 60 acres of land. Our 4 story building is located on only 1.5 acres. Sounds cramped? Think again!

Our innovative lighting system slowly moves to simulate the sun across the sky. This makes the lights many times more efficient, while resulting in a better and more consistent product for you.

We fertilize our produce with high potency nutrient water that we make ourselves. We extract the nitrates from the fish waste through a system of bio filters. The C02 that our fish emit is then turned back into oxygen by our Lettuce and Living Basil.
